Email equality
A Francophone woman told us she received a bilingual form in the mail advising her she would be part of a jury selection process, but the email address on the French form was in English only (juryduty@ontario.ca).

Result
We raised the matter with the Ministry of the Attorney General. Following our discussions, it created a bilingual email address (jury@ontario.ca) that is now used for jury screening forms. The Ministry also confirmed that correspondence in French received at this email address will be responded to in French.
